Understanding Patient Perspectives on AMD Treatment Intervals and Access to Care SurveyDistribute

The International Federation on Ageing invites you to participate in a survey to understand and address the needs of people living with wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD).

The International Federation on Ageing is a global civil society organisation dedicated to driving intersectoral collaboration on healthy ageing and longevity. As part of its work in advancing healthy ageing, the IFA brings together advocates, healthcare providers, thought leaders, and people living with sight loss to advance vision health through policy research and advocacy. 
 
The IFA is currently conducting a survey of individuals who are living with neovascular or wet AMD to highlight the perspectives of people with wet AMD and understand their preferences and needs, access to care and resources, perceived benefits and/or concerns regarding their treatment, and knowledge of disease progression and confidence in self-monitoring. Using the results of this survey, the IFA will examine how vision shapes the way we live and connect, and how practical health interventions and evidence-informed policies can improve quality of life.

Confidentiality: Your responses will be stored and processed in a secure environment and kept confidential, enabling you to share openly and honestly. Your responses will be aggregated with those of other participants, and these results will be further used without disclosing your identity.
 
Withdrawal and Questions: Participation in this study is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any point. You will not be contacted by the IFA after completing the survey unless you have chosen to provide your contact information for follow-up.
